Hey all, mysticToaster here. How y'all been?

The last time I released an album, I was (mostly) cis and still in college. Crazy how time works. The biggest chunk of my life (emotionally, not chronologically) happened in my last year there.
I am, tragically, way more depressed than I used to be; estrogen unlocks secret emotions, and I've been through some shit! I'm trying my best(?).
As for this album, the overall theme is "lofi", so it's a collection of my more noisy, messy tracks from throughout the years, from as early as 2017 to as recent as 2019 - I was still in high school when I made some of these. Wild.

I wrote some dedications for Volume 5, and that was cute so I want to do it again. Let's keep 'em short and sweet: Katie, Alex, and Josie, you're all really special to me. I love you all. You're the kind of people that make depression worth beating and life worth living.
