Volume 9 time, baby. This was originally going to have more songs in it, but I thought that it was harboring two different styles that didn't really gel well together so I said "fuck it" and seperated them out into seperate albums (this and the future volume 10) through the power of mitosis.

This album is all about soundfonts - specifically Earthbound and the Sega Genesis - with a few exceptions. Almost all of these songs were made aaaaaages ago, but I still think they have a lot of charm and value.

I dedicate this album to Alex. I've dedicated albums to Alex before, but that was a different Alex. To make matters more confusing, both of the Alexes I know are trans girl puppies. I guess it's most pragmatic way to differentiate them would be by breed, so this album is dedicated to the Alex who is a corgi rather than the Alex who is a doberman. "Cave Quest Cohort" always makes me think of her for some reason.
