about
This purrfectly jaunty track includes motifs from many of my previous songs. The name and album art are directly inspired from conversations I have between me and a friend- so it's really kind of an inside joke. But today is your lucky day, because I'm going to include you in on the "joke" (come to think of it, it isn't really a joke at all).
Basically they're an anime nerd and say "kyaa" a lot, so in response I say "nya" back. Then we repeat this a few times until I mix it up by "business nya"ing. I don't know why I do this. I guess I just think it's funny. Ha ha ha.
The album art is because one time they sent me a message containing "##" for reasons I cannot actually remember, and I responded by repeating what they said. We repeated that back and forth a few more times and then I was all like "Maybe ## will be our always" in reference to The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. The cover art for this song mirrors the book's cover.
