This was originally going to be included as a bonus track for an unreleased album "Happy Days", full of minimalist, relaxing songs about having fun with your friends on a big day out. It was going to be called "Inescapable Nightmare". It originally had the project name and working title "Abandoned Psych Ward".

Two other songs I had intended to be a part of this album- "The Elevator to Adventure" and "A Picnic With Your Friends" are also included in this album. There is another song I haven't yet finished known under the working title "Goodnight". Maybe you'll see it in Volume Four?

The name and track art are in reference to a Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff comic. I'm glad I went with this name choice in the end as it allowed me to be intentionally shitty in my album art and mask it as "ironically bad" instead of "just generally bad".
