about
A fitting end to the album, I would think.
I was testing out trying to make a thumpy kinda drum beat in FL Studio and things just got way out of hand.
(Aw jeez I just realized the drop at the beginning of the song kinda sounds like the intro to A Real Hero by College & Electric Youth.)
Would you like a top tip on how to make some delicious musics? Here are the first of my many elite top tips, that's right! It's time for mysticToaster's Top Tips!
Tip #1 - Drum beats: Just stop caring. Place notes wherever you want, man. As long as you use all the essential pieces of a drum kit (kick, snare, tom, etc) it'll sound good, like 99% of the time- and I mean, hell, even then...
Tip #2 - Reverb: God daaaaaaaamn I love reverb. I'd apply it to everything if that didn't make it sound baaad (Actually I've never applied reverb to EVERYTHING but now I want to try). Y'know those bird noises in the song? Reverbed the heck out of them and they sound, mnf, so good.
